Dr. Sheperd and his staff are dedicated to providing the highest level of care in both Family Medicine and Primary Care Sports Medicine.
We provide primary care to healthy and ill patients of all ages. In addition, Dr. Sheperd has completed a fellowship in Sports Medicine. This additional training allows him to care for athletes at all ages and levels of ability.
It is the philosophy of our practice that exercise is often the best medicine and we look forward to encouraging an active lifestyle that is complimented by today''s advanced medical technology.
A Note For Our Patients:
We would like to take a moment to share with you our policy for missed appointments. The first missed appointment you will receive a letter notifying you of the missed appointment. After the second missed appointment, the letter will state you are limited to scheduling appointments the same day only for emergent needs. Upon the third missed appointment this may lead to your being discharged from the practice. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
